1. How can I create an account?

To create an account, go to the Registration page and select the desired account type: Client or Contractor. As a contractor, fill out the form with the required information, including your name, email address, and a password. Upon completion, you will receive an email to activate your account. Once activated, you can log in and start using the platform.

2. How can I find a suitable contractor for my project?

You can use the advanced search feature to find contractors by industry, location, rating, or other relevant criteria. Each contractor has a profile page with portfolio and contact information. Once you find a suitable contractor, you can contact them directly to discuss the details of the project.

3. What fees and commissions are associated with using the platform?

For clients: Creating an account and using the platform is free. For contractors there are two options, free and subscription. The monthly subscription is valid for one calendar month from the date of payment.

4. How are my personal data protected?

We take the privacy of users’ data seriously. Your contact data and the images associated with the account are used exclusively for the platform’s functionalities and are not sold or distributed to other companies. More information about how we manage data can be found in the Privacy Policy section.

5. I have a Basic account but I want to upgrade it to Premium. How do I do that?

To convert a Basic account to a Premium one, you can send us an email with your name and details from the email address you created your account with. We will send you a payment link to create the subscription and convert your account to a Premium one.
